Pressure Vessel
We manufacture pressure vessels ranging from 1 bar to 70 Bar & volume up to 10KL for various types of liquids, gases for chemical industries, oil & gas industries, petrochemical industries, water treatment plants, thermal power plants. The material of construction we normally use for pressure vessels is IS 2062 Gr. B, SA 516 Gr. 60, SA 516 Gr. 70, SA 240 TP 304, SA 240 TP 316L.

Reactors
Reactors are the heart of chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing operations. At Griffon Process Equipments LLP, we manufacture precision-engineered reactors designed for high-pressure, high-temperature processes with maximum safety and efficiency. Our reactors ensure consistent reaction control, uniform heating/cooling, and long-term operational reliability.
We offer various types of reactors, including jacketed reactors, limpet coil reactors, and high-pressure reactors. With capacities up to 10 KL, our reactors are built for chemical reactions, mixing, heating, polymerization, and blending processes. We provide complete customization for agitators, baffles, jackets, coils, manholes, nozzles, and internal polish.

Year of Completion: 2020
The project involved the design, fabrication, and erection of stainless-steel railings and structural steel columns for a PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) shade structure, intended for public bicycle parking within a Railway facility.

Project Title: Fabrication & Supply of LMA Extension Structure
Erection: Platform Extension – Wadala Monorail Depot
Durations: 5 Months
Year of Completion: 2025
The project consisted of designing, fabricating, and supplying the LMA (Load Measurement & Alignment) extension structure required for platform expansion at Wadala Monorail Depot under MMRDA. The fabricated steel structure enabled improved passenger access and operational alignment for monorail train docking.

A biogas flare stack is a controlled combustion system designed to safely burn excess biogas generated from anaerobic digesters, landfills, wastewater treatment plants, and various industrial processes.
